Bosque is a very roomy two bedroom with king size beds, two bathrooms. It is just a short staircase from the pool area and restaurant.

Vista Del Mar boasts one of our most spectacular view of the ocean. Vista Del Mar boasts a very comfortable one bedroom with a king size bed and a large bathroom.

Águila is somewhat rare in our area of the world. This villa is a fully handicap accessible one bedroom and one bathroom unit. Featuring large rooms, king size bed and easy access to the restaurant and pool area.

Rates
We have 7 well appointed villas, all with a view of the Pacific Ocean. All villas have full kitchens and large bathrooms. Villas include coffee maker, filters, shampoo, body gel.
Policies
- Rates include breakfast and daily maid service. Sheets are changed every third day.
- 50% of reservation is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- The maximum guests in our villas is 2 per bedroom plus one additional if the villa contains a futon.
- Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge.
- High season is November 16th through April (excluding holidays) and July and August.
- Green season is May and June and September through November 15th.
- Holiday rates apply December 20th through January 5th and require a 5 night minimum stay.
- Above rates do not include 13% sales tax. A 10% service charge will be added to all restaurant and bar purchases.
- Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the villas.
Cancellations
- There is no refund if cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the reservation date. When cancellation notification is received between 15 and 30 days prior to the reservation, a $50 processing fee per room will be charged. Payment will be forfeited if guest(s) arrive after the specific date of reservation or depart prior to final day of reservation.
- All cancellations need to be sent via e-mail to: scott@villasalturas.com or fax (C.R.) 011-506-2787-8465. A cancellation is not confirmed until you have received an email or fax confirmation from us.
